Via a separate entrance on Waaggasse, you walk into the sophisticated and elegant interior, which provides the foil to Dario Moresco's creative and modern Italian cuisine. Although occasionally replete with striking contrasts, the dishes remain harmoniously balanced and pleasingly light. Their finesse and expression are a delight – we were won over, for example, by the spaghetti twisted into a small tower: served with a mussel and white wine coulis and herb sauce, on juicy, tender shredded crab meat, and enriched with the refreshing citrus note of finger lime pearls.
