Diners are assured of a delightful dining experience not only thanks to the excellent service provided by owner Daniela Roch and her team: Phillip Schnabel brings great culinary skill and years of experience at top-flight establishments to the table. In the evening, he serves up dishes such as Allgäu venison with celeriac, hazelnut, cherry and purple curry. His cuisine is packed with flavour, intricate and sophisticated – but in no way contrived; it relies on high-quality fresh ingredients and a healthy dose of creativity. A vegetarian set menu is also available. At lunchtime, this place becomes more of a bistro with a somewhat simpler menu.
