One-Michelin-Starred Modern Australian Restaurant Whitegrass To Close On 22 December
"Whitegrass, a modern Australian restaurant in CHIJMES, Singapore, will cease operations on December 22 after close to three years. The restaurant, led by Australian chef-owner Sam Aisbett, has been recognized with one Michelin star since 2017. Aisbett is planning to open a smaller restaurant concept by the first half of 2019, focusing on modern Australian cuisine with a 30-seat space." - Kenneth Goh
