"Chef Rodrigo Aguiar, originally from Rio de Janeiro, combined his skills with owner Giovanna Perrone to realise her dream here. This charming restaurant features an open kitchen where guests can view the wood oven and churrasco grill, both of which exude the smoky flavours for which Casa Rios is famous.
