At the helm is the son, Dennis Wiche, who has worked in several MICHELIN-starred restaurants. The menu comprises an abundance of appealing dishes, from regional classics such as Zwiebelrostbraten (roast beef with onions) and spaetzle to the chef's more modern creations, such as vitello forello. Be sure to try the house-made maultaschen! The chefs work only with the finest seasonal and regional produce – in fact, the restaurant had its own farm until a few years ago.
