"Accessible via a dirt track, this rural hotel for adults only shares the beauty of the Sierra de Gata with its guests. It takes its name from the black stork, a migratory bird which nests in several locations on an estate with over 220ha of holm oak and olive groves (it is also home to an organic olive oil mill and a hammam).
