"TVB or "ti voglio bene" is Italian for "I love you," and fittingly there is so much to love about this concept. Inside, the space is lofty with a copper bar and muted tiles set against shades of blue.There is a classic rusticity to the setting, not unlike its cuisine, which focuses on Roman-inspired items. Chef Cristian Petitta prepares some of the best pinsa in town, its puffy and crispy crust topped with a well-balanced tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil, full stop. Fettuccine ai porcini is properly sauced yet smoky; while risotto balls are a savory thrill.
