At the helm in the kitchen, Florian Wörgötter represents the third generation of the family and is supported by his father Mathias. The reasonably priced surprise menu impresses with well thought-out combinations that create interesting contrasts and are packed with wonderful flavours: yellowfin tuna, beer radish, jalapeño, shiso, or pork greaves, gyoza, pointed cabbage, brown butter. Select a bottle from the nicely curated wine list, or opt for harmonious wine pairings by the glass to set off the menu perfectly. Guests take their seats in the elegantly decorated rooms or, in summer, out on the terrace in front of the building.
