"Inside Dubai’s contemporary Jameel Arts Centre, this farm-to-table restaurant serves colorful, seasonal dishes with a focus on sustainability, but the surprise arrived at dessert: Pug — an expertly crafted illusion of a small dog, complete with fur detailing and two tiny bones as treats, made from rich chocolate mousse pressed into a mold.
