They rustle up a surprise menu with four to seven courses (a vegetarian version is also available if ordered in advance) including dishes such as "Enoki. Potato. Onion" or "Salzburg prawn. Pea. Tomato", for example, that demonstrate creativity and terrific ingredient quality. The friendly team competently explains the dishes to you.
