"Situated along the pleasant avenue skirting a bend in the Guadalquivir river between the Roman and Miraflores bridges, this restaurant boasts a youthful ambience and a rustic-contemporary decor that definitely made an impression on us (the bed of aromatic flowers in the middle of the dining room is a particularly attractive feature). The cuisine here is equally modern and very much market influenced, and includes dishes ranging from the traditional (mazamorra, salmorejo, oxtail etc) to more globally and fusion-inspired options (such as wild sea bass ceviche with apple, cucumber foam and marinated carrot gazpacho).
