"This “pocket-sized” restaurant (its name translates as “small” in the local language), once a butcher’s shop, is located next to the historic Peškarija fish market, hence its modern and concise maritime-inspired menu. It has just a couple of tables inside, plus seats along the marble kitchen counter, and six tables on the outdoor terrace. For the full gastronomic experience, we recommended the tasting menu. The dishes served here are more complex than they appear at first sight with their distinctive textures and acidic flavours, while the pickled and fermented ingredients combine with contemporary techniques to create balanced, multi-layered recipes that are flavoursome and highly complex.
