"A large masonry oven sits to one side of the entrance. Clad in his crisp white uniform, the owner-chef stokes the firewood as he bakes authentic Neapolitan pizzas. The extensive menu includes a full list of famous pizza types. The speciality flavour of the house is ‘Regina’. Named from the nickname of where the owner-chef apprenticed, this style is a combination of smoked mozzarella, tomato and basil. The smoky aroma of burning firewood whets the appetite." - Michelin Inspector
