"Sitting on Karangahape Road (K‑Road), I think this is a good option if you want a non‑touristy neighborhood that’s still relatively close to downtown. The property has a simple design with pleasant earth tones; rooms are amply sized with lots of natural light and include a flat‑screen TV, fridge, and tea/coffee maker, and there are two‑bedroom apartments for families or groups.
