John Ball (of John Ball Zoo and grave marked by a giant boulder) and Joel Guild (the first non-native settler in Grand Rapids). With a heavy tree canopy and a dirt road winding through the middle, this park is a perfect escape for a slightly-creepy but serene solo walk.
