"St. Benjamin Brewing Company, South Kensington by Melissa McFeeters. It’s exciting to see commercial enterprises make their way back into neglected factories and warehouses, and this nanobrewery has made a home for itself in between renovated loft residences. They’re only open once a month for tours, but they have plans to open a full tasting room and restaurant sometime next year. For now, it’s well worth a trip to check out their operations and grab a top notch Koffee Kolsch or Hopligation."
