Gaya Prasad Shiv Charan Paranthe Wale is the most famous, citing the photographic evidence of celebrity patronage on its walls. Try their more unusual offerings, such as lemon or mint stuffed parathas (fried flat bread), which are perfect for the summer. Though at first the thought of a piping hot stuffed bread might not appeal in the heat, you must forge on and trust us! Also of note are classic and outstanding radish and potato paranthas, and the somewhat quirky papad parathas.
