Boasting as Ithaca's only farm-to-table butcher, the Piggery offers meat and charcuterie from both their Trumansburg farm and area partnering farms. The sausages and sliders are terrific, and the salami is great for picnics. You can pick up dairy items, condiments, and freshly baked bread for a ploughman's lunch to take to any of the area parks.
