"She learned everything about macarons in Paris, where she had attended one of the famous schools, and brings all the knowledge with her to Budapest, and maybe more. It’s hard not to see that she loves what she does, just get a glimpse at the Chez Dodo Instagram, where you can read about the new flavours and stories about creating. As you enter the place, it feels like Wonderland, the hand painted aquarelle hummingbirds on the walls, on gift boxes and bags became the symbol of the shop. You can choose from an average of 20 different flavours, and please don’t forget to taste their canelé, which are made according to the original recipe from Bordeaux, in handmade copper molds.
