They offer tours, tastings, and special events in their top-floor space with spectacular views of lower Manhattan. Surrounded by the machines themselves, you get a feel for the process even while not on a tour. Not only does the distillery produce delicious beet sugar vodka, they also have a laboratory, a machine shop, and a letterpress studio that they use. While at the distillery you really get a sense that the people who work there are passionate about their jobs.
