Where was ‘Heads of State’ shot? The locations behind Idris Elba’s new action-comedy

Used as a controlled environment for the climactic car action, a studio facility in Nice provided the interiors for the final car chase involving the presidential SUV known as ‘the Beast’. While the exteriors of the chase play out on real streets elsewhere, the Nice studio allowed the filmmakers to shoot detailed interior driving and stunt work safely and precisely. - Gregory James Wakeman
