"Run by Wildlife Reserves Singapore as one of its flagship wildlife attractions, this nocturnal park reopened to visitors after the circuit breaker closure yet — like other conservation sites — had to cope with staffing, supply and funding shortfalls during lockdowns. It forms part of WRS’s regional conservation strategy, which funds projects across Southeast Asia and combines public outreach with support for partners tackling illegal wildlife trade, research and education. The attraction’s public programmes aim to raise awareness about biodiversity and the human dimensions of conservation." - Mia Chenyze & Rachel Eva Lim
