It’s a beautiful feeling to walk across the Williamsburg bridge on an edible, stroll into an air conditioned hotel lobby, order a mint tea, and a pavlova. Crack it open and you’ll discover a luscious raspberry sorbet within that will keep you oohing and ahhing.
