"This corner of Occitanie is sometimes referred to as “little Tuscany,” and it’s not hard to see the resemblance at Cap de Castel, a trio of historic buildings that happen to be set within the walls of a 13th-century Cathar castle, with a view over the medieval town of Puylaurens. Its eleven rooms vary in size as well as in their individual character, but as a rule blend an antique richness and a contemporary sensibility.
