"If ever there were a boutique hotel that does exactly what it says on the label, it’s Colors Urban Hotel Thessaloniki. From the outside it’s a classic century-old city-center building, blending in tastefully to the historic cityscape. Inside, however, it’s a different story: a riot of, well, color, its 37 rooms never lacking for visual interest, whether that means ultra-saturated background colors, street art–inspired murals, or both.
