"Stella Island isn’t an island, although it does sit on the coastline of Crete, but the collection of lagoon pools weaved around the adults-only resort might make you feel like you’re on one. The abundance of water means all the rooms have a blue pool view, and some, including the overwater bungalows and the villa, come with a swim up option for a private deck with direct pool access.
