"It’s a country-house hotel in concept, set as it is on a hilly 400-acre Cotswolds estate, but the Fish Hotel has some surprises up its sleeve. Along with a classic farmhouse and some outlying cottages are a handful of eco-modernist treehouses and some rustic-minimalist mobile huts, and the interiors throughout are stylish and contemporary, with little regard for typical country-house pomp.
