"Located in the town of North Pole, about 20 minutes from Fairbanks, the year-round workshop claims “it's Christmas every day,” and offers photos with one of the world's largest Santa statues (and his reindeer team). While the workshop is open year-round, Santa appears on select days from early September to mid-November and daily from mid-November through December (except Thanksgiving Day and Dec. 25–27). Visitors can buy candies, chocolates, cookies, and fudge from the Sweet Shop, and mail items with an authentic North Pole, Alaska postmark.
