"Set at the center of the property, this restaurant anchored my stay with nine-course dinners I watched the chefs prepare from a seat at the bar. Courses offered unexpected delight, from a vegetarian “swede & alliums” built around a thick slice of rutabaga sous-vided in shallot oil to a pre-dessert palate cleanser of gin frozen yogurt with bright green pearls of tarragon tapioca; on the casual side, there’s also a gourmet pizza that can be delivered straight to my private hot tub." - Ella Riley-Adams
