"Opened in Virgin, Utah, 14 miles from Zion National Park’s main entrance, this 16-acre glamping hub on the banks of the Virgin River offers multiple lodging styles: 72 31-foot Airstreams (each with a queen-size bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, and private patio), 10 BaseCamps that pair an Airstream with a luxury canvas tent, nine cabin-like X Suites (queen bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, small living room with flat-screen TV and sofa), and five ADA suites with fully accessible showers and full living areas. The Clubhouse — the property’s communal focal point — houses check-in, a General Store with provisions and local beer and wine, the Kitchen food program serving breakfast through dinner plus coffee and on-tap local beers, meeting space, a heated outdoor pool, a communal fireplace, and indoor/outdoor lounges framed by oversized windows and midcentury-modern design that complements the red-rock surroundings. Outdoor offerings include guided hikes in the park and via ferrata experiences with a local outfitter, plus weekly on-property activities such as fireside chats, yoga, movie nights, and beverage tastings.
