"A midcentury-modern glamping property set on 16 acres of desert mesa just outside Zion National Park (in Virgin, Utah), opened in May 2023 and open year-round. The site centers on a warm, indoor-outdoor Clubhouse with floor-to-ceiling windows, weekend live music, a pool, playground, and communal firepit, while offering privacy around each unit with dedicated firepits and outdoor dining. Guests stay in 72 custom 31-foot Airstream trailers outfitted with queen beds, spacious bathrooms, kitchenettes (induction stove, mini-fridge, microwave), skylights, air-conditioning, and fold-out sofas, alongside 10 BaseCamps (Airstream + canvas tent), nine X Suites (cabin-like units with kitchenette and walk-in shower), and five ADA-accessible suites with ramps and fully accessible showers. On-site amenities include complimentary morning granola and coffee, the Kitchen restaurant with casual poolside fare, a General Store stocking beer, wine, snacks and grill kits (complete with artisanal s’mores), loaner bikes, and easy access to extensive mountain-biking trails (including the J.E.M. Trail) and scenic drives known for stargazing like Kolob Terrace Road.
