"Making peaty malt whisky on the misty Isle of Islay since 1815, Ardbeg Distillery has been the brand’s home for more than 200 years and serves as the cultural and physical anchor for the hotel’s storytelling and artifacts (for example, copper from one of the distillery’s old stills was repurposed into the hotel’s large Ardbeg “A”).
