"Found on the brewery's happy-hour menu as the $5 'Spaghett,' this three-ingredient cocktail—Miller High Life, Aperol, and lemon juice—is light, fruity, slightly bitter and just tart enough to keep you sipping. The bubbly, rose-gold drink goes down very easily when served ice-cold and has become the writer's unofficial drink of the summer. It's simple to recreate at home by pouring an ounce of Aperol and lemon juice directly into a bottle of High Life, and it even holds up to experimentation (the author jokes a beer slushie might not be a bad idea)." - ByAlex Delany
