"I’m not a vegan or vegetarian, but I am a loyal customer at this excellent plant-based Latin restaurant. When I arrive, chef Wendy Garcia regularly greets me with a hug. Her warmth and vibrance come through in her fiery jackfruit al pastor tacos, red chili nopalitos, and huevos rancheros.
