"Nico de Soto is something of a cocktail legend: After getting his start with the Experimental Cocktail Group (and winning various awards, including Most Influential Bartender at Paris's Cocktail & Spirits show in 2014), he opened his own joint in New York, called Mace. Danico is his first piloted project back on his home turf and it's a definite winner. His newly-launched menu format, which will change every six months, is travel-minded and will reflect a specific region of the world. First up? Indonesia, with cocktails such as the "Mad Dog" featuring mezcal, Kaffir lime, and pink guava juice, and the "Beji Griya," named after a Balinese temple and waterfall, with curry leaf-infused vodka." - Sara Lieberman
