"Only three blocks from 96th Street Beach in Stone Harbor and 16 miles from Cape May, The Reeds is a refreshing change from the Jersey Shore's glut of motels. Rooms are bright and cheerful—especially the Corner Kings with oversized bay windows. Beach Service, via electric car shuttle with beach chairs, towels, tags, and umbrella, is available mid-May to October, as well as a rooftop plunge pool and two hot tubs. Daily outdoor yoga sessions, during the summer, is complimentary. There's all-day upscale dining at Sax, and the seasonally-open Water Star Grille and Buckets Margarita Bar & Cantina taqueria.
