"It’s worth the trek to the northeast side of town to sample Avery’s beers; for decades now, the brewery has been pumping out award-winning suds. A recently built $27 million facility offers a boisterous tap room with big windows, a patio, and a row of 30-something taps that keep the nectar flowing. Upstairs is the brewery’s restaurant, complete with tall ceilings, concrete floors, and even more people that pack it on weekends and after work. From a refreshing Belgian-style white ale to IPAs that really pack a punch, Avery just can’t seem to make a bad brew.
