"One of the first notable small-batch distilleries in Vancouver, Liberty is more than a place where booze is made. Its cocktail lounge, with a warm ambience accentuated by a classic pub-style bar, is a great place to experience local gins, vodkas, and whiskies. The cocktails are all made with Liberty’s own products.
