"One of the first notable small-batch distilleries in Vancouver, Liberty is more than a place where booze is made. Its cocktail lounge, with a warm ambience accentuated by a classic pub-style bar, is a great place to experience local gins, vodkas, and whiskies. The cocktails are all made with Liberty’s own products. The West Coast Negroni (house-made gin, Aperol, Lilet, and sage) is a winner, but to assess the merits of the booze on its own, order a flight of three or four half-ounce tasters." - Guy Saddy
