Towering over Bluewaters Island, the wheel affords sweeping views of the emirate from as high as 250 meters in the air. Rides on the permanent structure are ticketed with passes sold at the venue or online. What’s it like being there? In a word—breathtaking. A 38-minute ride on a clear day is awe-inspiring. Is there a guide involved? No. There are no guides within the high-tech air-conditioned cabins. Who comes here? Ain Dubai appeals to locals and tourists, it was highly anticipated for a long time and definitely delivers all round appeal. Did it meet expectations? State-of-the-art. Dubai residents have watched the wheel's construction with interest for the past few years. It was worth the wait and is as good as expected. A whole new perspective, that is what it provides.
