"The first thing you will notice as you walk into Dario e Anna Gastronomia is the smell of truffles, which are shaved freshly over a number of dishes here. This is a three-generation family restaurant; you're greeted at the front by Benedetta and Matteo, the owner's daughter and son. The food is beautifully executed and inventive on all counts, with a menu offering a few interesting game options—including deer served with cashews, juniper, beets, and Campari—and homemade gnocchi with chamomile, orange, cuttlefish, black truffle, and cocoa beans." - Bridget Arsenault
