"A new East Village bakery dedicated to flavored cinnamon rolls will open at 29 Avenue B near East Third Street; the project is led by chef-owner Armando Litiatco, who also runs the Mediterranean Park Slope restaurant Rana Fifteen and was previously the chef of the now-closed Southeast Asian barbecue restaurant FOB Filipino.
