"Ambrogio by Acquerello, a fine dining restaurant in La Jolla, has been added to the Michelin Guide. It offers a four or eight-course tasting menu that blends Italian cuisine with flavors from France, Korea, Japan, and California. The restaurant is a partnership between San Diego-based Ambrogio15 Restaurant Group and chefs Silvio Salmoiraghi and Choi Cheolhyeok of Italy’s Michelin-starred Ristorante Acquerello.
