"Perched on Atlas Peak, Signorello Estate completely lost its tasting room in last year’s fire, and proprietor Ray Signorello even lost his residence, but their vineyards, barrel cellar, and crush pad were spared. I was struck by how quickly they decided to rebuild: ground was scheduled to be broken on October 9 for an ultra-modern hospitality center and state-of-the-art winery with caves, a project expected to take two to three years that Signorello frames as an opportunity to pair some of Napa’s oldest vines with one of its newest wineries. In the meantime they’ve set up an interim, chic 60-by-12-foot trailer tasting room that showcases sky-high Napa Valley views; tastings (which include a food pairing and a vineyard tour of the 100-acre estate) are offered by appointment five days a week (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m." - Eater
