"The Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will celebrate its 10th anniversary this month with the return of dishes from the restaurant’s inaugural year. A portion of the proceeds from the featured dishes will support After-School All-Stars (ASAS) Las Vegas. Dishes include cavatelli pasta with ground Italian sausage, broccolini, fennel, and roasted garlic for $32 and a two-pound pepper-crusted braised bone-in short rib paired with an Asian pear salad for $45." - Emmy Kasten
