Seattle’s Serafina Reopens with Delivery and Takeout | Eater Seattle

"As a Venetian-style bar and Serafina's sibling, Cicchetti is reopening for takeout and delivery within five miles and appears to be contributing menu items to the joint online offering (notably a half-roast chicken). The combined menu also includes take-and-bake prime rib, pork, chicken and vegetable skewers, plus wine, beer and pantry items, with cocktail kits planned by the end of the week. Both restaurants closed March 16 due to the state order, and owner Christian Chandler says heavy daily demand for takeout — roughly 15–20 calls a day — led to the change in strategy; when dining rooms will be allowed to reopen remains uncertain.
