"As Chef José Garces’ iconic first restaurant since 2005, Amada is a gorgeous rustic-chic restaurant and bar that embraces the rich traditions of Spanish cuisine; its capacious dining room includes a six-seat chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen and a comfortable second dining room.
