True Food Kitchen opens in Downtown Summerlin in October - Eater Vegas
"True Food Kitchen, the healthy food restaurant out of Phoenix, now has an opening date for the first of two locations in Las Vegas. On Wednesday, Oct. 23, the location at Downtown Summerlin opens at 10970 Rosemary Park Drive, Suite 160, taking over the former Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar in the northern Dining Arroyo section of the shopping center. Integrative medicine specialist Dr. Andrew Weil co-founded the restaurant with a healthy menu that uses wholesome, simple ingredients. The restaurant plans to serve lunch, dinner, and a weekend brunch with a menu that includes organic Tuscan kale salad, an Inside Out quinoa burger, ancient grains bowl, and the spaghetti squash casserole." - Susan Stapleton
