"Little Neon Taco, opened by chef Monica Dimas in April 2018, is a full-scale restaurant and bar that expanded from her earlier pop-ups and taco window. The restaurant offers a diverse menu including tacos, lamb birria with buttery corona beans and mushrooms, and pan-seared wild rockfish with garlic and Fresno chili sauce, served with cumin butter rice and a root vegetable.
