"I'm convinced Snooze is determined to take over Texas with its boozy breakfasts and pancake flights; its newest Clear Lake location at 820 West Bay Area Boulevard opens on November 14 in a 3,700-square-foot spot near Baybrook Mall just east of I-45. The sunny, retro-themed dining room and a large patio will feature Snooze’s obscenely decadent pancakes best enjoyed in a flight of three — options include the pineapple upside down pancake, the seasonal “Smashin' Pumpkin” pancake with cream cheese filling, and berry-infused varieties — along with a veggie-stuffed frittata and a large assortment of twists on eggs benedict.
