Touma has two locations now (Point Loma and Clairemont Mesa), where the birria combination plates are top sellers — each plate comes with two birria tacos (with or without cheese), consomé, cilantro, onion, and chips. The two other taco options are the keto taco with beef birria, cilantro, and onions in a hard cheese shell, and the veggie taco with sauteed portobello mushrooms, bell peppers, poblano peppers, beans, and potatoes, all dressed with guacamole, cilantro, and onions.
